About Me

I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Restorative Practices Trainer and Trainer and Coach of Motivational Interviewing. I have ten years of experience working alongside school administrators, teachers, learning consultants and parents to cultivate inclusive, loving and accepting environments.

I deeply enjoy having genuine, empathic conversations with individual students and groups of students to help them navigate their lives and support them in recognizing their inherent worth. I also have an extensive background consulting with school based mental health, school climate and crisis response teams.

I maintain the mantra that the “wisdom is in the room.” My approach is to walk alongside individuals and or organizations in order to evoke their own clarity and wisdom to move forward in ways that make the most sense for them.

I am a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) which is globally recognized as the gold standard for motivational interviewing (MI) excellence. I am devoted to providing high quality training on a variety of topics including Motivational Interviewing, Restorative Practices, well-being, consultation, conflict resolution, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and more.
